Due to the personal nature of our items, for sanitary reasons, all sales from our store are FINAL SALE. Final sale items cannot be returned for refunds, credits, or exchanges.

 In the unfortunate event you receive an incorrect or damage item please contact us within 14 days upon order delivery and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note, because all our lashes are individually handmade, you may notice some slight differences between each lash. This is not a defect but intentional based on the unique profile of each eyelash.

 

Gift Cards

All gift cards sold are final sale & not eligible to be returned for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Our gift cards have no expiry date.
